  My Brother In-law Craig Brown, (U.S. Army Veteran) passed away on 4 July 2018. Cliffords Funeral Home Rutland VT conducted the service. They were paid in full, prior to the service. It is now 27 May 2019 (Memorial Day), And his Veterans Foot Stone still isn't at his grave. I was told by Cliffords that it would be in place by the end of August 2018. Several calls have been made to Cliffords, Answering Service almost always picks up, and we get no call back. Very poor service, No Integrity.

  Clifford Funeral Home has been the place where my family has chosen to say our final farewells to many (too many) family members. They care about the families and are supportive in every way possible. Thank you for serving the grieving with kindness and a smile. You have made it so there are less things to worry about in a time of confusion and sadness!

  My husband & I lost a baby recently. We went into Cliffords today with no appointment, just looking for some information. We spoke with Jim. In all the "professional" people we have had to talk to through this experience he was the most helpful & understanding. He was very tactful & respectful. He answered our questions, even the ones we didn't think to ask. He laid out all our options for us & really seemed to empathize with our situation. This was one of the hardest steps we had to take in this process but Jim made it also one of the most helpful. My husband I left the meeting comforted, understood & relived. We would highly recommend Cliffords Funeral Home to anyone experiencing loss & in need of answers to those kinds of questions they never thought they would have to ask.
